Support Pack Gold provides 24X7X365 round-the-clock maintenance of both your normal as well as critical installation or your client's installation. AS a Support Pack Gold customer, you will receive top priority and same day service in most situations.

Support Pack Per-call

If your company has an expert in-house technical team which can address most issues, this pay-as-you-go service is for you. Your training and installation teams are welcome to stand by and learn from our technical experts while we rectify problems at your location.

Fixed Duration Support Packs

You can also purchase 10-hour and 20-hour Support Packs from us in which you are billed for actual hours used to render service. They are valid for two years and three years respectively and can be recharged at the original cost. We provide this maintenance program for normal installations only.
